I had a SPAM sandwhich the other day, it was great.
Not as great as a free ipod, but at least the SPAM was real, since the ipod is not.

but ontopic with information pertaining to legitimacy, i have friends who have physically received their free ipod, just to show that it works...but now since there are so many out there im not sure which one is the legit one. friends=more than 1=approximately 7 friends who now have free ipods.

this is a legit scheme. it's not illegal like a pidgeon drop, instead this is a classic pyramid scheme. It's just total BS cause you have to wait forever. it may be legal, but it's still a scheme so rest assured someone is profiting, and it ain't Mac.
