Not hard to do- i used to do that years ago before i even learnt to play the real drums.
Anyone with a sense of rhythm, and who can play the piano or drums already should have no trouble doing that

That guy kicks ass! But that keyboard sucks, totally cheesy sounds. I would rather run a midi controler to a decent drum machine.
