Best thing to do is to convert the .mp3 to a .wav file using something like Wavelab, or just a simple audio converter. Then, with acapellas and reason, it's probably best to create a .rex file (with slices) using Recycle, for use with the Dr Rex in Reason.

Just make sure your file is in wave format, open up either a new Redrum or NN19 sampler, and click the little folder button. find the wave sample on your computer, and there you go!

Now, they do support wav files, but, they have to be in the right quality. It will show a error sign if its a 24 bits wav file, if i remember correctly. So try to export it again, this time in a lower wav quality, like 16 bits, and it will work, i guess.
