i made it at home with a proggie, any way it was without headphones!!!
i cant believe i wa able to make a 64 min set with no headphones!

Actually i've tried to mix without a headphone once and it can be done!
Hehe keep your ear to the needle of the record you're matching, then you can hear the music too

I doubt if it'll work in a crowded club with a 1000DB soundsystem tho

its hard, but in know the tunes perfactly!
and it coused me two misktakes with the beat, but except for those the set is great

i don't get it either...i can know a tune by heart but i still need to beatmatch it

or does the proggy do this for you?

You can also mix without headphones if you use turntables. It helps you to practise to use the pitch more easily and it sharpens your hearing 'capacity'. If you use headphones afterwards as usual, you will notice that beatmatching goes more easily.
And indeed, if you're playing for a big crowd, don't think that you can depend on the sound coming from your needle, I guarantee you, that doesn't work! It's sometimes already hard to listen to the music with headphones then!!!
