Mintz said the LAPD has launched an investigation into the bawdy burglary, and warned that Hilton's legal team will sue anyone who tries to peddle Paris' latest X-rated escapades to Internet smut-mongers or to the tabloids. "Her legal people are pursuing all their options and will be pursuing this vigorously," the flack said. Mintz believes the thieves slashed a screen on the front of the house to throw off investigators. "There was a slit in the screen of the window facing other houses and traffic," he said. "It happened in the early evening, and that's not how you would conceal yourself in terms of making an entry. I don't believe that's how they got in." Last year, Hilton, the star of Fox's "The Simple Life," made international headlines — and became an even bigger celebrity — when her X-rated romp with Rick Salomon appeared on the Internet. The infamous footage is now available on DVD under the title, "One Night in Paris," at your finer neighborhood porn emporium.
