Possible to burn MP3 CD with a cue file also?

Just wondering if its possible to burn one huge mp3 file which has a cue file onto a disc as multiple files....

To make it clearer, basically, is it possible to burn an mp3 cd the same way as we would a normal audio cd with a cue sheet.
