Trance Synths with software

I was with the people that says there is a BIG distance btw software and hardware.. but i have been playing with some software lately and i can say now that there is not as much difference as i thought.
Here is an example of what i have got just with software. What do you guys think about it?It is close to hardware..there is still a lot of work to do?I personally find some tunes that are good recreated and others that not but 4 example "My Religion" is very very close to the original IMO. Well, letīs see wat you guys thinks!

http://personal.telefonica.terra.es...trancetunes.mp3

This is the list of the tunes in the file :

GTR - Mistral
Fictivsion vs C-Quence - Symbols
Sun Decade - Follow You
Unknown Source - Nadjanema
Witness of Wonder - Emotions in Motion (Thrillseekers Rmx)
Pulser - My Religion
Pulser - Cloudwalking
Endre - Kallocain (Robert Nickson Rmx)

You know this is actually made with software, right? And I think Symbols is as well.

well, you have layered a lot.. so it sounds much more bright. but you still have not that crisp warm sound of a good VA or an analaog synth..

but as i can hear you used sometimes the virus powercore or which synth makes this virus-character sound?

I have posted a high-quality file, so you can apreciate the full sound(the 160 kbps file misses a lot). I used the same synth for all the melodies and not virus powercore.

I'm fairly certain Nadjanema by Unknown Source is all software too. Reason to be specific.

Regardless of all the "Use the search button" replies, and discounting everything else said in this thread, THAT alone made it worth reading. Thank you. Now, anybody else got a confession to make?
