How to make it the loudest? Turn up the amplitude of the lead and turn down everything else.....

But I suspect you're after proper audio engineering techniques. Read the mastering thread.

yeah i guess its all about the mastering.. well try this:
put the Stereo Enhancer on the pads and hi hats
when you take the pads to the left on the Stereo Enhancer (Middle Left) and the Hi hats a bit less on the left.
Put the Stereo Enhancer also on the lead and take it more to the right and turn up a bit the volume.

let me know if it worked for ya.

compress the lead melody as the last effect in it's FX channel.

input: around -12 to -5 db
ratio: between 6:1 and 3:1
output: not more than your input, but near it
type: hard or medium
attack: around 0 to 15ms
release: not more than 150ms

after that.... making the lead melody stick out and meld with the rest is just a mixing and mastering thing.... like other say.... read the mastering thread and search the production forums....

also.... read stuff at www.tranceproduction.com

sorry, I misread your post . Well, to make it the most "loudiest", ehmmm, raise the volume and lower the rest.

Compressing the lead with a ratio of 4:1, attack 5 ms and a release of 10 ms should work fine most of the time. ( you should find a good threshold level depending on the volume of the lead )

If some instruments clash with the lead, use panning or EQ to make the lead stand out more.

You can also layer the lead to make it more bigger in the mix.
