Now I have to say I don't know what you are talkin'...
Gate? triggered? Stepsequencer..that is the thing where I can draw notes/melodies in Reason, right?
Itīs not like the voice in the example, but I hope you get the idea of how the effect is made.

I'm sorry for my short answer, I didn't have much time then... I'll try to explain it to you, if you haven't already seen Danne_85's reason file.
A gate is a device that will either let sound through when it's openend or won't let any sound through when it's closed. By opening a gate on a particular pattern/rhytm, you can creat that stuttering sound you're after.
Reason doesn't have a gate device but you can automate a volume slider to get the same effect. I haven't seen the reason file of Danne_85, but I suggest you take a sampler in which you load your vocal sample. Then you take a matrix stepsequencer and wire it's curve cv out to the volume cv in of the sampler. Draw any sequence you like in the matrixsequencer. Draw a note for the sampler to play, and hit the play button. Now the vocal sounds stuttering.
I hope I cleared it up al little, if not, just ask.

Thanks very much!!! Really cool help
But one question about the matrix... Danne, U have "thin" and "fat" things (I don't know what their real name is, those red lines there) in matrix...But I can only draw those "thin" lines...

Trance-ta - When u want to paint "Fat" lines, u need to hold in Shift and then you paint. The line will be "Fat".
Don't think u can upload things here. U need to put it on some account or ftp or something and paste the link here.
Or are we allowed to upload? For example, mp3 files.

or you select that 'tie' thingy. then you get fat lines aswell (though shift seems more usefull)
