Question Alibi - Eternity vs Digby Jones - Eternity == Rip Off?

Alibi - Eternity and Digby Jones - Eternity sound almost identical...who ripped who off with this one?

I had Digby Jones - Eternity and thought it was a remix of Alibi - Eternity for 4 years until today when someone IDed the rtack as Digby Jones - Eternity ....

So who ripped who off here?

apart from the vocal sample the tracks arent really similar at all, they were both made at around the same time in 2000 anyway so youll never know which was first.

Yeah, I'd have to agree, and that vocal sample has been used in a lot of tracks.
