When I play it in Winamp the name comes up Manu Chao from the album Proxima Estacion: Esperanza

I have no idea if this is right or wrong.

I've been trying to trace this track down since I first saw the the video on another forum (so have many others it would appear). Having done some extensive Googling I found your posts and thought I'd cracked it! BUT having downloaded the album, none of the tracks are anything like the "missing link" and so the search goes on. I and my co-detective on the other Forum have now enlisted world-wide help (contacts in France, Spain, Brazil and Italy) and we believe the language is Italian but we can't trace who it is and where it comes from! Also the original video link has now been removed from the web (probably too popular) - I bet the originator is laughing is socks off at all the efforts to identify this track. I even found a forum where someone who had tracked down who he is and had Emailed him on French for the info. but no reply was forthcoming.
I'm not sure the music is THAT good but it's now an obsession to identify it! Any further clues? If I hear anything I will post to this thread.
