So, there are a few words I can't understand from a ragga tune (Tribe of Issachar - Tribal Natty) and there's a bangin' acid trance tune (Magnum Force - Blow the Bloody doors off) that has a sound sample from some British film, and I'd like to know what film it is

The Ragga Tune:
