Help. Nokia ringtone question.

I have a Nokia cel and I download ringtones from their site but their selection sucks. I noticed a thread with all sorts of great trance song ringtones but they have to be manually entered. I don't know how. Could anyone help me and tell me what I need to do? Thanks

you need a 3390 or 8250 to do that.
