Anyone got any nifty tips to keep one focused and to prevent falling asleep at work?

damnz babes...is it that hard for u to focus lately LOLs...

well alisa has a koo idea aiite but i think it *mite* be frowned upon in the workplace...

get a Frappucino or a smoothie or go for a stog, jus take that break and step outta work. there should be tons of places for u to go to since ur around Penn Plaza...that worked for me last Friday afternoon...:P
