Well I can only speak for myself, being a Canadian that does hold dual citzenship into the states, I don't feel safe but I don't blame Bush completely for it. The worldwide landscape has changed and with people just killing others in the name of religion is wrong. I don't see how you could kill 3,000 people and justify it. The world has become very volatile and very dangerous and that's not just America that you can blame, you can blame a lot of factors. People are using violence more and more these days as a means to deal with conflict and as history has shown us, it just increases the violence and the cycle continues till people actually put their egos aside and make an agreement. The world is now a dangerous place and I'm not sure who is to blame but you have the palestine-isreal conflict, muslim extremists against Westerners, the Genocide in Sudan. The world is just out of control and people are being taught that violence is the only way, which it isn't. So Bush claiming that he has made the world a safer a place, is not correct but how could he make it safer? I don't think he can
