Nope those are actually Russian vocals. 
About the tune, well what can I say, typical Russian cheese here…
On the technical side, work on that kick it sound really flat and powerless. Try to make it sound fuller and shaper. It actually makes the whole tune loose some of its energy, so that’s probably the main problem I can find. You also need to work on your transitions, they just don’t sound smooth enough, elements pop in from nowhere…
Other than that pretty cool tune, cant really comment on the sound aspect since the quality is quite poor.
