that is kinda scary imo, i donno too much about it and i am usually very pro computers doing mankind work, but this feels more like you are giving computers a real brain which kinda reminds me of terminator, matrix and similair movies...

It sounds alot more cool than it actually is. The neurons just act like transistors like they would in a computer, and they follow programmed algorithms. Meaning it doesn't really do any thinking for itself, it's just replacing synthetic parts with biological parts.
