Error when trying to 'edit' posts

I was trying to edit a post just and got an error message 4 times, so I tried to edit other random posts & got the same message

ie.


Fatal error: Call to undefined function: stripos() in /home/tranceaddict/www/forums/editpost.php on line 9

hope that it's just me ?
