Oh look, it's the Darren Tate Showcase (complete with a few other random tracks)! That's the first thing I thought when I looked at that listing. To be fair though, I thought he'd push even more of the stuff from Mondo onto this cd. 9 out of 17 tracks for shameless promotion isn't that bad...

The other tracks he picked are all solid trancers; Kallocain, NewLife, Circuits etc. I think it's a decent cd considering the fact that it's based around the cheesier 'Jurgen Vries' alias. It might be a stepping stone for some people to go from the Vries stuff into the usual Tate/Mondo style trance.

...and at least he showed some mercy by picking the dub version of The Opera Song. *phew*

Haha yeah I quite liked the vocal version of the opera song but I think I prefer the instrumental

i don't know all the tunes but there are some nice tracks, 14. The Other Love Original Mix - Blue Amazon Vs Darren Tate for example is a good tune for party, and quite unique.

But i've heard this one too many times also.. 9. Kallocain - Endre ------ Dunno. 10. Reverence Darren Tate Mix - Hemstock & Jennings ------ This is also a track I heard first in A State of Trance. Can't really remember what I think of it, cause I haven't heard it in quite some time ;-) 11. Miss You Original Mix - Atn ------ Haven't heard it. 12. The Wilderness Dub - Jurgen Vries ------ Same as #11, but it's probably cheesy ;p 13. The Opera Song (Brave New World) Dub - Jurgen Vries Featuring Cmc ------ same as #12 14. The Other Love Original Mix - Blue Amazon Vs Darren Tate ------ Lot's of Darren Tate here! Darren Tate is one of my favorite producers, i like most of his tracks, and this one is no exception. 15. Nocturnal Creatures Original Mix - Darren Tate,Vs. Jono Grant ------ This is pretty much the track that seriously got me into trance. Too bad this is not the Jono remix, in my opinion that one surpasses even the level of this track. Beautiful build-up, I get a really euforic feeling with this track, everytime I listen to it. 16. Take My Hand Original Mix - Jurgen Vries Featuring Andrea Britton ------ Dunno. 17. Amen - Flash Brothers ------ Dunno. Tracks are from Jurgen Vries - Trance Revolution. Cheers!
