wanted to see if any of you could offer any insight. I heard Iran's people actually want democracy and are relatively pro-America but its the government that doesn't

Are you talking to the Iranian members or to anyone that can offer some insight?

Lol...There's lots of Iranians in Toronto...in fact the area I live in now looks more like Iran than anything really But I'd say that many of them are pretty "westernized" except the crazy freaks of course...but they love their fancy cars and designed clothes and all that stuff...
Although I don't know about the whole democracy that they want...

Iran used to be a pro-american tourist hotspot for many years before thier 'revolution'...
The fact that they'd want a democracy wouldn't surprise me but I'm wondering who 'they' are?
I'm assuming the people/businesses more so than the ruling government...
Maybe I'm wrong?
Anybody have some facts to the substantiate the inquiry?
