kai tracid -life is too short (energy rmx), heard that melody somewhere els, anyone know which other tune that melody is from?

I can't put ID it and I might even own the 12" but don't remember the name of the tune this melody originated from.

The original stems from the movie "Never Ending Story", I think it was Limahl who did the final works on it, but it was written by Giorgio Morrodor (not sure about the spelling of either name)
