nope.
it's cos some stupid fools kept putting HUUUUGE pictures in their sigs.
but it's still a crap rule, and should be abolished.

no u wouldnt b alowed that for a sig, the image can be no more than 500x150 pixels. the link isnt much of a problem, maybe should b a bit smaller. also, you can make the image a hyperlink anyway.
