Smoking

Basically, who does it, who doesnt? What brand do you smoke? Ever tried to start? Ever tried to quit? Do you smoke to relieve stress, improve cognitive memory, lessen the effects of psychosis? Do you not smoke because of job restrictions, for healthier lungs, for pregnancy reasons? For quitters, which is the best way out, the patch? cold turkey? For starters, whats the best introduction to nictoine: cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco? Ever tried dip, snuff, or other smokeless tobacco? Ever tried Eclipse brand cigarettes, the new type that vaporize tobacco to produce a "healthier" smoke?
Im a big on and off smoker with long periods of both, though Ive noticed my on periods have been getting longer. Im currently not smoking (about 12-14 days), and the urge for a cigarette has been growing and growing lately, but Ive done ok so far. Antithetical to most people, I found the first few days quite easy and about 5-6 days into it was when I really started to crave. Im gonna try to hold off at least 6 months, which is approximately the time I smoked consistantly before this most recent quitting session, but the outlook isnt so good right now. I smoked Newports nearly always. Most other cigarettes taste bad to me in comparison. .
