Turkey Fever -- a silly name to the average joe, but to others it holds a far more sacred significance. Scott Henry and Feelgood's Thursday night Fever parties were the fuel that kept the 90s Baltimore rave fire burning brightly. Since Thanksgiving is always on a Thursday, that meant that after filling themselves with turkey, stuffing and annoying relatives all day, ravers knew that there was a light at the end of the tunnel come evening -- Turkey Fever. Easily the biggest Fever party of the year, EVERY year from '93 onward (Fever started in December of '92), Turkey Fever allowed ravers from all over the Northeast to dance off those extra pounds. Using graffiti-styled Thanksgiving artwork rendered more colorful with early versions of Photoshop, the full-page flyers rank up with their Supersting counterparts as some of the "must have" items for any serious flyer collector. The artwork may have changed a bit, but the essence surely hasn't. If the overwhelming success of the Fever re-union party earlier this year is any indication, the Thanksgiving holiday will once again be celebrated with a bang of the drumstick at Baltimore's legendary Paradox nightclub.

DIRECTIONS FROM NORTH OF BALTIMORE
95 South to Baltimore. Take 395 Exit (Downtown Baltimore). From 395 take Russell St. Exit. At end of ramp turn left, goto traffic light which is Russell St. and turn left, but stay to the right after the turn. From Russell St. bear right at Camden Ind. Park & Ostend St. sight. Go 2 blocks, turn left and take immediate right. The club is on the right at 1310.

DIRECTIONS FROM SOUTH OF BALTIMORE
95 North to Exit 52 (Russell St.). Once on Russell St., bear right at Haynes St. located between the gas station and the motel. Take first left to Warner, take left again onto Bayard St., take 2nd right on Ridgely St. Follow Ridgely to W. Ostend St. turning right, take W. Ostend to Russell St., again turning right. The club is on the right at 1310.
