[I'm not much into trance these days, I'm more of a prog breaks person, so take my comments with a grain of salt.]
Need a new counter-melody at 2:00.
Could you have some more variation in the percussion? Either a breaks section or perhaps just a few more rolls or stutters during phrase changes?
Breakdown at 4:50 is good. I kinda lost interest in the track as it was breaking down to that point though. Perhaps you should build up the drum and then suddenly drop it out instead of merely fading it out. That would make the breakdown to silence more powerful.
Ah... here we go.... we finally get the percussion variation with the breaks and stereo effects. You need to do a couple rolls or stutters early in the track. Not breaks, nothing major, just a little more variation.
As a DJ, I'd find your outro to be a disaster; that's not very friendly to those of us trying to mix.
