Yea, it's amazing what our bodies can do when we just work at it a lot. Though his moves are subtle, I'll bet that guy practices a lot to pull that sort of stuff off.

that was sick.. i can do like, one of those moves accept about 1/8 as good. anybody ever heard of flying steps? those guys are amazing. they're a break dance group i believe from the UK somewhere. they release their own songs too, kinda fun listening, but yeah, if you ever find a flying steps video floating around, dont hesitate to watch.
