anyone from Cairns here? Tell me if its worth spendin 5 days there...i got to make a decision tonight to go there.....

heheh, guess i'm a bit late...but it's a pretty nice place

hmm, dunno what u want to do there, but it has lots of sightseeing stuff and such...dunno much about the nightlife there tho...i've been there twice, but last time was several years ago

definitely worth a visit if u want to see the barrier reef etc. snorkelling is fun, but i think most of the tours u need to get a boat out to the reef or even an island

hope u get to go...better than sitting on ur bum in sydney !!!
