DJ Kenosis - Orbis Tertius, November promo mix, hard epic trance/psytrance
I made this mix right before I took a short break from dj'ing in early October. It's better than my previous mix, Incantation, and so far the feedback has been rather strong. For those of you who like psytrance you'll like it: there's some good psy/hard progressive trance near the end, and Strange World is on there (had to throw in a classic at the end). Like Incantation, it doesn't have a linear structure, but I think it holds together better so the programming is superior, the sound quality is better, and the mixing is better. The title comes from a Jorge Luis Borges short story.
The Mystery - Fever [RR]
Floyd - Any Given Day (JvD remix) [Liquid]
Moonrush - Risky Business (Arc in the Sky remix) [Fenology]
Tiesto ft BT - Love Comes Again (Mark Norman remix) [Black Hole/Nettwerk]
Dj Dyno - Ghost in the Shell (Salvation Shell remix) [Red Alert]
Beam - Amun (Cosmic Gate remix) [Beam Traxx]
White Room - White Room (B'Jammin' remix) [Liquid]
John '00 Fleming vs. Astral Projection - Mahadeva [JOOF]
Mindsensation - Daydreamer [Altitude]
One Man Army - Ballroom Dancer [JOOF]
Peter Martin presents Anasthasia - Perfect Wave [Elevation]
PUSH - Strange World (2000 remake) [Bonzai UK]

Yeah, it kinda seemed like a good title, especially since the last track is "Strange World" (and other tracks on there are called "Ghost in the Shell" and "Daydreamer")and "Orbis Tertius" translates as "The Illusory World".

Hey Hey! Ill check out your mix asap. But I cant beleive your still playing Mahadeva. Last email I got from you, you said you were done with it.
I need to send you Miika Kuisma Feat. John 00 Fleming - Twisted, to replace it
peace

Hey mate. Here's how I split them up on my cd. The track titles are on the first post on this thread. I'm glad you liked it. Check up either here or on my website for mixes in the near future (I think I'm going to make a slightly more uplifting, ASOT-style one next, all this stuff is so dark, rawrr dark! lol)

haha, no I'm never done with Mahadeva (just like I'll never be done with Inca, Strange World, or the Talla remix of Go :P). I'm not going to play it nearly as much now, but like Strange World I'll play it periodically (yeah, it's in the 'classic' bin for me now). I actually just got Twisted last week. It's killer, and I can't believe I like it better than Ballroom Dancer! Do you have any others on promo that might be good?

Sure thing. Yeah, I'm not the biggest fan of the ASOT sound, but Robert Nickson has been coming up with some very nice releases as of late. Plus, about 1/3 of my sets are that kind of epic trance, so I want a cd for my fans who are more into that than harder epic trance or psytrance.
I really wanted to see the club mix of PUSH - Respect released in time to put on this cd, but it wasn't. It'll probably be on something I do well into next year.

Very Nice
I loved everything about it; awesome tracks, progression, mixing, energy... I like this so much more than your Incantation set and I totally agree that its an improvement. I just love this energy! This is definitely going on a cdr asap.
I have a suggestion for you: quit school and just spin more wicked sets.
