The 2nd trailer for the new batman movie just came out, This one looks really good, And hopefully better then the previous films since it's a prequel, Telling the story of the origins of batman, you can check out the trailer here.

I saw that trailer when I went to see Ocean's 12 the other night - I really got chills down my spine.

It looks sooo fucking cool, and it's not like I'm a huge Batman fan, either. I can't wait.

this is obviously going to be a good movie. i do not need to see the trailers to this, obviously because chris nolan is the director, christian bale (american psycho .. one of all time fav movies) is batman, and the supporting cast .. check this out ..

a nice solid supporting cast .. but i object on choosing katie holmes to play opposite of christan bale (is she?? can anyone confirm this) .. chris nolan could do a lot better than her ..

oh yes .. and i want to note .. his acting display in the movie 'little women' with winona ryder et. al. was very good .. even though he had to go ahead and become a pedophile by marrying the youngest sister .. .. i liked how he showed that egotistical suave "playa" attitude from when the tides started the to change when the girls started growing up to towards the end of the movie ...

Scarecrow has always been one of the best evil guys along with the Joker, and this movie seems dark enough to capture the feeling of batman, the dark, agonizing knight who transforms into that which he hates in order to stop it. quite sincerely the past movies, especially the ones directed by Joel Schumacher were, simply bad, and presented a batman that was too kind, more superman like. It had a boyscout feeling, more like the batman of the 1960's (which was the original feeling, )
Even so, I like to see batman as the graphic novel Batman: Arkham Asylum presents him, another fallen man, full of pain, who renounces his humanity in order to attempt be the last of his kind, yet knows its doomed to failure.

hehehe yeah christian bale is a good actor...and that is a great supporting cast.


you ever seen him in newsies HAHAAHAHAH ...its a musical about new york newspaper boys and he's soooo young...it's hilarious HAHAHAHA

I saw this at Ocean's 12, right after I told my brother I wanted to see the Batman trailer. It looks so much better than the teaser, and much better than the cheesy Mr. Freeze movies and such. Oh, and the Scarecrow rocks.

this does look nice and dark...

anybody know if this will get and R rating?
