Exclamation Question for a beginner

I have a few questions I hope you good people might be able to answer for me. I want to learn how to make and produce my own trance on my pc. What stuff will I need to do that with? I already have a music keyboard that plugs into my usb. What programs would be the best to get for mixing songs? also what synth program would you recomend me using with my music keyboard I have for my pc? and is that all I need is a music keyboard that hooks up to my usb, a mixing program and a synth program? or is there more I need than that to make my own trance music? Any help would be great. The programs I have access to as of now is Sound Forge, Acid Pro, Fruity Loops, and Pentagon I. Please let me know if any of these programs are good and what are they good for, ie synth/mixing/ etc.. and if there are better programs out there than these ones that I would need just fill me in. Thanks a bunch people

The best thing any beginner of anything can do is do their own research. Read as much as you can, lurk around the forums and read the new posts, and then when you have questions, ask them. Dont ask questions first and expect everybody to jump and answer you, especially when most of your answers are found in the stickied topics.
