So i'd suggest: BERLIN
In Berlin you have all what you want, nice Parties, Clubs, Bars, Museums and so on ...
Sure, Munich is very nice too, but its very expensive there.
So i would be you, i'd decide for Berlin

Hi Miss Bliss!
I live near vienna (study there) and haven't visited the other cities you mentioned.
I like vienna...it has a good nightlife, nice museams and awesome old buildings...
There are lots of small clubs....few of them are quite famous in europa (flex for example) - but if you wanna go to a city where you have a lot of trance parties it's not a good choise...but if you like house, progressive, techno and dnb (the last months there were seb fontaine, dave seaman, marco bailey, chris liebing, adam beyer, valentino kanzyani, umek,....) it's a city you'll like!
if you come there i'd be your guide and show you some famous places of course!
