Shame / Disagreement שוד לאור יום

בטח הרבה פעמים שמתם לב שכל מיני טראקים חדשים ממש ממש(ממש!)דומים למשהו ששמעתם בעבר
וזה בגלל שהם לא סתם דומים.הם גנובים!!לקחו טראק של מישהו,שינו אותו טיפה והנה טראק חדש
מישהו כבר ציין פה לא מזמן את הטראק
enmass feat. shimika brice -so please
שהוא העתק של
Eon - Pocket Damage
ולפי מה ששמעתי באסוט האחרון,אנמאס לא מפסיק להעתיק טראקים
באסוט 178 הטראק השלישי נקרא
EnMass - Needle Damage
זה מאה אחוז גנוווווב!!!
המלודיה בברייקדאון...מאה אחוז כבר שמעתי אותה בעבר!!
לא בטוח של מי זה,אולי איזה הפקה של פרי קורסטן או סטיב הלסטריפ ואללה לא זוכר...אבל מאה אחוז יצא טראק בעבר עם מלודיה זהה
ועוד באותו סט
Zenon - September Rain (Bobina dub)
הסמפל של הגיטרות בטוח הועתק מטראק אחר...לא זוכר איזה...זה טראק של פרוגרסיב שקט כזה...אולי משהו של סולטן או של אוזגור...מאה אחוז שמעתי את זה כבר בעבר

איך אתה יכול לדעת שהקטע הזה גנוב באמת...יש מצב שהמפיקים פשוט חידשו את הקטעים הישנים ברשות חברות התקליטים החזיקות בזכויות היוצרים לקטעים הישנים.

קיצר, יש מצב שהעסק הזה חוקי...

מה??סקוטר גנב את המלודיה של סטרייג' וורלד??אני אביא לו מכות
לא יצא לי לשמוע את הטראק הזה אבל זה ממש מעצבן אותי....

ולא נראה לי שזה חוקי
כי אם יוצרים מסויימים מקבלים אישור מחברת תקליטים לעשות חידוש אז הם מוציאים את הטראק תחת אותו שם רק שכתוב שזה גרסאת 2004 או משהו כזה...בשם היוצר כותבים את השם שלהם ובשם הטראק כותבים אותו שם
או שפשוט כותבים שזה רמיקס שלהם...מה שבבטוח זה שלא משנים לגמרי את כל השם אם זה חוקי...

וקובי(אגב לא ראיתי תגובה שלך בקשר למסיבה של מייק.מקווה שנהנת)אני יודע שזה לא חדש
פשוט זה הדליק אותי ההעתקות האלה של אנמאס בזמן האחרון

מצאתי מה זה הזכיר לי...
לפני איזה חצי שנה יצא טראק תחת השם
zenon-untiteled(ozgur can break it free mix)
באותה תקופה עוד לא היה לזה שם...אבל זה אותו יוצר
ככה שזה לא גנבה...פשוט עכשיו הוא סיים לעבוד על זה,מצא לזה שם,ושיחרר את זה רשמית לכל הלייבלים.
בקיצור תעלומה אחת נפתרה...
אגב אני עדיין בטוח ש

שמארטין רות' פשוט העתיק את המלודיה מאיזה קטע שכחתי אותו..
שגיא נראה לי יכול לעזור פה..

ואם כבר מדברים על מארטין רות'... יש לו עוד רמיקס לבלנאק וג'ונס... שהוא העתקה של

אבל גם שכחתי למה אני לא שומר קטעים כאלה במחשב חח..

אני לא כל כך בטוח שזה העתקות, יש הרבה יוצרים שמשתמשים בסאונדים של יוצרים אחרים, הדוגמא הכי טובה היא אוזגור קאן

כששמעתי אותו לראשונה, הייתי בטוח שמדובר בג'יימס הולדן, הסאונד שלהם כל כך דומה, יש יוצרים שפשוט מקבלים השראה מאחרים ומשתמשמים באותם סמפלים, זה מקובל

יש כזאת מלודיה משנית לאורך הטראק אבל היא בכלל לא כמו ב
