[bigbeat] Pjotr G - Enemy of the Public

Hello!

After it's been a while since I finished a track, here's a new bigbeat track that has absolutely dick to do with trance

Props to Public Enemy and the Beatles for samples.

More importantly, what do YOU reckon?

ideas are good, the mix is pretty chaotic unfortunately. it's very hard to distinguish the different instruments and the vocal.

yeah the vocal is more intended as an effect, so for that matter, It's not important to me if people can't exactly make out the words. Distorted elements and a really stuffed sound along with compression, leads to this kind of mix, should you be able to pick everything apart, or can a blur of sound also be good? I'm with the last one.

With one word:

Wicked, it concludes it all.

Nice work on the drums and samples

3.7/5 Since it's really not my style

the compression works quite well in theory, but in this case the percussion is too loud. there's a guitar in there somewhere, but it's very hard to hear it clearly. i can't feel the track because i feel a bit lost in the mix, i don't really know what to focus on..

as i said, great track an sich, but i'd rework the final mix a bit.
