Someone said it's a Solar Stone Dub of Conductor & The Cowboy - Feeling This Way. That could be true cause the Solar Stone Remix of the same track has got some similar sounds.
I haven't seen "Solar Stone Dub" anywhere though...

I've made research on napster about The Conductor & The Cowboy - Feeling This Way, but impossible to find the same remix than in the PvD's home London essential mix (04-23-00).
