i really like the idea, and its possible, you just need one guy who leads the project.

Here's what he does:
1) He asks in the forum who wants to help (producers)
2) He makes a list of all the people in alphabetical order
3) The leader makes rules for which vsts are allowed and which workstation (to prevent compatibility problems)
3) The leader starts with a flp file with a melody and maybe a kick
4) The leader asks the first person on the list to add things
5) The leader listens if the track is better, if not it will be rejected, if its better, the second person starts with this version
6) Second person on the list, etc etc etc

This way you could have like 1000 people work on a track
Also, you could give all the people on the list the possibily to vote if the last addition will be accepted or rejected...

I bet after a while you have a killer track

Hmmmm, relatively good idea. Still, how would it actually work? We'd all need the same version of fruity. We'd all need the same vstis (unless we just stuck to 3xosc). Etc.

well i mean, most people have fl studio, most people have vanguard, pro 53 and z3ta+... What more do you need? Waves fx maybe

thats all, but i agree doing it with like 4 or 5 people would be cooler, than everybody has a larger input

each ppl do one sample. the leader do mix down. pass ard and do. everything on waveform.

How on the earth is this going to finish having so many ppl involve.

It sound nice but co operate really sick because you need to tied down with everyone out there. Alot of agreement had to be done.

with good organization i think we could make killer track,and most important we will learn stuff about producing like never before.

Well its easy to bounce the soft synth to a audio file and use that.... That way not everyone needs the same synths + effects

well you know if you have fruity 4.+ all projects are compatible i can load flp4.5 projects in flp5, or fl3.5 into my flp5 so they are all compatible..... or could ask the people at fruity loops to give us a dedicated collab beta server and test it as a massive collab done on their system and have them use it as a key selling point and valid heavy load beta testing.
