Compose together

I've seen a few threads about people suggesting producing together, and between all the software/hardware complications and hosting issues, I think it'd be a little more efficient and sensemaking if we maybe composed something together. each person could add on/change a melody, for example, and you could get more than one track, and with each person creating different sounds, it'd be a bunch of original stuff. Then, one of the more professional of the people on TA could maybe produce the best of the best... etc. But I'm getting ahead of myself

What do you guys say to a little composition together?

Just to get things started... (if you want to hear it with the little basic sound i used, there's the malstrom on top with all delay and eq... there's also some basic large hall reverb)

And here's a completementary thingy.. (the sample is in the wired refill if you want to use it, it's under NN-19 stabs, called Pon-A)

And here are some very-floaty (note the freq. setting) possible breakdown pads. The sound is karma3 from the karma demo refill if you want to use it (the sample fits the composition well)

And here's some weak ass bass

That's just a few mintues of work... and isn't really developed at all, but it sounds like someone needs to start something or nothing's gonna happen

if you want any samples you can IM me at RIPassion07 or msn me at [email protected] (i'm hardly ever on msn)
