according to activ8, its Miika Kuisma - Ascension, but it's not!

Was played right after Perry O'Neil - Wave Force, and was followed reasonably (first track right after or second, can't remember) by a probspot track or probspot remix (again, can't remember at the moment).

The track you're looking for is Mind Markers - Alive Again, which is out on Karma Records. It's a production by Phynn.
