I'm a sun-lover! Yep, we've had too many dark days lately! Get out and let the sun shine on your face for a few mins.
You know there's this place in Russia where they get like 4 hours of sun a day (when it's not cloudy), and the men will strip in -30 degree weather and stand by this wall to feel the sun on their bodies?
I saw it on a travel program on Discovery.
