Who is the inventor and which is the fastest firing ballistic weapon?

hmmm jlosada, i know the gun swamper is referring to...but i can't find any links for it atm

anyway, it some sorta electrical, multiple barrel gun that hasn't got moving parts (hence the electrical bit)...so it shoots lots of bullets very fast!

not sure why it's ballistic, i had the idea this meant the projectile travels in an arc (of course they all do, but in terms that it is not aimed directly at the target), but i'm not sure

well, if i do manage to find an article i'll post the link

Came up with idea in the 60's, but only patented it in '93, when he quit his job at Woolworths to pursue his dream full-time.
