anyone know how fast a normal person walks? im thinkin about taking a long walk, and i wanna know how much time im gonna need.

well, id be walking from norfolk VA to Jamestown NY, its about 500 miles. 16*3=48

500/48 a little under 11 days, sheesh

3mph is about right, although that's a little fast/hard to maintain. i think it's more like 2.6mph
there's a formula for it.

well, cuz i wanna go back home sometime, and last time i drove, and i wanna try walkin this time. and when i get there, and they see i dont have my car, they'll be all "how'd you get here?"

nonchalantly : "i walked."

Just drive again, and park around the block, it will save you 10 and a half days.
