Most people here have put at least $1000 into their equipment, and care for it greatly, I'm just wondering if you let one of your friends who has no idea about DJing play around with your gear?
I did till my styli and vinyl got jacked up. After that, if anybody touches my stuff, I use their car as a target for my paintball gun.

Yes, but I'm always standing right behind them watching intently. I've already lost 1 stylus to some carelessness.

how did you lose a stylus? honestly, what does it take to break one?

So true...and how about those friends that do a quick fade from track A to track B and look at you as if they just made the best transition anyone ever made .
Basically if they can't tie their own shoes, I won't even let them look at my gear.
