+1 as long as they're direct drive
belt driven decks (esp cheap brand ones like mine ) wont perform near as well as a DD deck and your results will be alot different - you're used to CD decks which i imagine are pretty accurate when you're adjusting the pitch fader, belt drives just wont cut it... they might for a while, but you'll find yourself wanting a DD in no time but then you'll find yourself in a dilemma cus you want to save for new decks but then theres that one track at the record store tht you really want, then theres another track, and another....
as soon as you get a pair of TTs you'll find yourself spending quite a bit on vinyl, so my suggestion to you is to buy some quaity decks, doesnt have to be the best, but you certainly dont want toys, then spend the rest on vinyl and styli and record bags and all the other fun stuff that comes with becoming a vinyl DJ
if you really wanna get into vinyl DJing, get something you like, cus once you have decks you're infected
