Correct me if I'm wrong Sandstorm, but isn't WMC from March 22nd to the 26th? Why can't DJ's be in Cancun or anywhere else in the world @ the end of February and the beginning of March.

for most, but not all...and even several years ago when i was in cancun before i knew shit about trance, PvD was there for a night. plus, Cancun is perhaps twice the distance of Miami to Havana...how difficult is the travel?

To answer the first post, I think your best bet is to look at the webpages of individual DJs to see what their schedule is. To be honest, I don't know if many of the top trance/house/techno DJs go to the popular spring break venues (Cancun, Panama City Beach, Daytona, etc)
