me and this girl liek eachother but are both confused what to do ill list each of our problems and if u can help by giving us each our seperate advice then maybe advice we both can use

my problem:
i met this girl , actually the only girl in over a year that i liek that i feel i would settle down with and commit to.
she had met some guy liek 3 weeks before me n her started talking and they are dating but not serious, she tells me she likes me and that i am more her type then he is hers and that she would probably be happier with me rather then him.
i know if she chooses him over me that will be the end of our friend ship becaus ei would not wanna be friends with a girl who 1. chose another guy over me and 2. i couldnt be her friend even if i wanted to because it would prob hurt to much knowing i want her inside... she expects me me to stay friends with her and maybe try things after if they dont work out.. so whats do i do??


iher problem:
the guy asked her to commit and she told him she needs time, she likes us both but feels that if she hangs out with me she will be guilty of cheating becaus ethey are just dating.
i asked her to come out sat night with me and she is scared to because she said she might lose him if she doesnt hang out with him sat night he would probably leave her..
she feels trapped because she is dating him and that she cant say no to him if he wants something more serious..

she wants a BF but this kid IS NOT her type and she says this constantly..
he is just convinient for her becaus ehe likes like 15 min from her..
he doesnt liek the same music she does she lives to go to clubs and he only goes to bars never cluns
she hates sitting home he always wants to stay home
the only good thing she can say about him is that he is a good guy
other then that they dont have anything in commen

mean while me on the other hand we love the same music
love going out
think, act and feel the same ways
have the same interests
she thinks im a great guy and can find more good to say about me then him



heres what i think..

i think she should hang out with me on SAt. if we hit it off whats the worst that can happen she leaves him and shes happy with me right?
if he leaves her because she didnt hang out with him, he was a piece of shit to begin with.


she told him she needs time, so what time is more perfect then now to test out her other options



what can u guys say that can make any sense of this we both want to know

tell her she needs to make a decision between the two of you .
all of you are in early stages so leaving one for the othr isn't that big of a deal. i'm sure if she choses to go out with him you and her can still be good friends, but thats not what you want now. and if you stay friends for awhile you can get stuck in that situation, which will be alot harder to get out of in the long run. you will want to remain friends with her and want to be with her and not want to lose her as a friend at the same time.
spend time with her, let her spend time with him, and tell her she needs to make her decision soon or you will leave and she c an do her thing.
