I am REALLY surprised that he didn't use a DJM600 in this video.

I'm not really into all of the scratching stuff, but the echo loop thing was pretty cool.

Nothing a sampler cant handle though...

the 600 wouldnt have done anything different.. but i am with you, i woulda thought that by being sponsored by pioneer, he would have had the newest stuff... maybe he does in another room of the house.

as for the sampler, he was showing off what the pioneer products could do in a dj realm.

That video was awesome..... makes me wish I had $1700 for a pair of CDJ-1000's.

That video just cost me ALOT of money, I think after getting my CDJ, I'll invest in a EFX1000 or something, I love the effects on my X1500, but you can't beat the control you can have from that external FX unit.

lucky me is i have a cdj 1000 & efx500... now i know the screte to the scratching. that video was also a bit clearer on how to do that 4/1 loop at the end and adjust the sample that goes into it. the other thing that was wrong is he said the sample doesnt degrade on the 1 bar (4/1) setting.. it actually does get softer and softer as it is resampling itself.

that was a really cool video. And I could be wrong, but it looked like he was using a DJM600 but in black.
