Global Underground 6 (Digweed - Sydney), 9 (Sasha - San Fransisco), 13 (Sasha - Ibiza), 10 (Tenaglia - Athens), and 21 (Deep Dish - Moscow). I'm sure there are plenty more, but I haven't taken a listen to them in a while, so I wouldn't want to recommend them to ya.

BT - IMA and ESCM, his newer stuff is less trance, but still good
anything by Paul van Dyk(really suprosed nobody else said that yet)
DJ Tiesto - Revolution(is that the right title for his newest compilation)
John 00 Flemming - The best trance ever!(that might be the wrong title too)

start with paul oakenfold - tranceport if you are new to trance
