Can you make real-sound guitar on sample-based synths (like Kontakt that comes with bass and accustic guitar samples) or is this the same shit as Slayer VSTI? What else do you guys recomment?

recreating sounds of a distorted guitar is a bitch...

u got so many factors altering the final sound, like fret noise, palm muting, general static noise etc. sound u would only get from a real guitar and a stack of overdriven amps.

best bet is to sample a real guitar and work from that
