[Trance] Chillers - Ice within the Flames (6:18 @ 192kbps)

This is a draft of my latest track, I'm pretty pleased with it so I thought I'd post it up here and get some comments and crits. I kinda like the feel to it.

BTW, the strings that come in at around 3:30 will be replaced with a singing voice (similar to the sort of sound Hans Zimmer uses in Gladiator & MI2 if anyone knows what that's like) if I can get the sound right. Should be good

PS: Could anyone tell me what sub genre of trance this would be Don't really know many of the differences between the genres Cheers

Pretty good ideas and all the ingredients for a good Trance track. But this one is simply not finished. You might consider putting another hi-hat type in this one... The snare would do fine if it's better adjusted. (maybe more bass/phasing effect?) It's just not spacey enough yet... The hihats dominate in the rhythm texture, you also might wanna add more percussion around those hats. Good job on the melody, but it has to "jump" more. Chopper-effect maybe?
