new to Rewire/Cubase..slaving Reason

Well, i've finally gotten feed up with reason's EQ functions, and have decided to tackle the Rewire function so i can mixdown my tracks proper.

Problem is, I don't really know where to start! All I want to do at the moment is get my seperate tracks from reason in cubase, so i can use plug-ins and EQ's on each track. Where do I start?
Would I create a new MiDI track or an audio track, should i record the raw WAV's for this kind of work? How would I go about doing the things described above?
Anyone with any pointers, or walkthroughs would be my new best friend!
