Effect sound

Please anyone can tell me what this effect or rather "sound" is called in english? or where can I download similar sound files?

it is the somewhat muffled sound of a Jet passing overhead...

Consider the doppler effect..

jet coming (builds)......over you (loudest)..... jet passed you (fades)

This sample starts at the jet coming and stops when its over you, or at least cuts off when its over you..

Hope this is an accurate description for you to find a similar sample, google for jet movies and rip the sounds
